Have some empathy? You’re 17, not 7. You can stop and think about the DTers in here who have stated they have family in the US, and are scared about a Fascist Dictator and his Tech Whore ruling the most powerful country on Earth for (at least) the next four years. I think some people downvote the DT regularly because it appears in their general Lemmy feed and is pretty distinctly different to most of the other stuff in the network
