I started doing this a while ago– misgendering people who claim pronouns shouldn’t matter. It’s amazing how important they suddenly become to conservative guys when you start calling them ‘she’.

Like wait, it hurts your feelings when I refer to you as ‘she’? Is that… disrespectful of your gender identity?? 😱

I’ve started replying to redpillers redpilling their unsolicited opinions on women’s posts with “you sound fat”. Results have been hilarious

‘Your lips are really thin. Makes you look kinda severe. Have you considered Botox?’

replace severe with something else, they consider that shit a compliment. “Weirdly unfinished” is a good go to.

Throat cancer took Rush from us which is a shame because if he would have gotten a different cancer he could have died way earlier.

Fuck man, you just reminded me how satisfying it was when that shit peddler ate it. Grandma had him on the radio all. The. Time. Now she listens to his replacement, who also cannot die soon enough.

Reverse baiting is a thing though. I do it all the time on LinkedIn. Read a boomer’s post complaining about taxes, accuse them of being part of a whiny generation that doesn’t know anything about hard work. It’s hilarious.

I’m kind of okay with bleeding heart liberal, and also pretty okay with bleeding neck conservative.

They don’t see your refusal to stoop to their level as some kind of enlightened position - they see it as a weaker person kowtowing to their strength. The only reason these horrible people were under control for so long was because they believed progressive voices were unstoppably stronger and willing to use that strength. They won’t go away until they believe that again.

      Yes, it does.

It helps to understand that your target isn’t the bigoted asshat you mock. You’re gonna lose him because he was already lost.

Your targets are everyone else reading along, now or later.

Holy shit yes. Thank you for saying this.

This is important to remember in most public conversations, especially online. It especially helps to keep you grounded and prevent you from getting bent.

You’re not arguing with a person, you’re performing to an audience. Talk to the people listening, not to the dipshit trying to rile you up.

      It’s not antagonising.

They literally got where they are because no one told them they’re fucking idiots, their opinions are shit, unacceptable and they need to stfu. They think it’s silent assent. Put the cunts back down where they belong.

Only if they do it to other people and being purposefully dense. Sometimes it’s okay to fight fire with fire. Time, place, occasion

They’re intentionally antagonising us first. Turnabout is fair play.

Also, I would only recommend doing this online or in a large group where they either can’t physically hurt you or they won’t because you have backup. In my experience, this can set people off, yeah.
