    I don’t see why he’d roll back gun laws, an already disarmed populace is a benefit for him.

      It’s about arming the “right people” to do the dirty work for him, with plausible deniability when it’s convenient. Mussolini had his Blackshirts, Hitler his Brownshirts and Trump has ICE etc.
