A previous version of this policy allowed premium versions of cards on the reserved list to be printed. Starting in 2011, no cards on the reserved list will be printed in either premium or non-premium form.
@JackbyDev@MysticKetchup judge promos no longer exist and after a few reserved list judge promos they did a reserved list promo in a wider distribution and the reaction caused WotC to update the policy to not allow those printings to happen again.
I mentioned elsewhere on the thread after a different user corrected me but it might be hard to see from Mastodon. I’m not sure why I had the wrong impression because I began playing after that change.
They can reprint it as a
