Welcome to the Relationship Advice community on Lemmy! The ideal place to ask
for help with your relationships: romantic, friendships, we don’t know what we
are yet, co-workers or just human interactions in general. ## Rules: - 1: Treat
all users with respect, always. - 2: Posts containing mentions or descriptions
of sexual topics must be tagged as NSFW. - 3: All posts must be a request for
advice. - 4: Your title and body need to contain enough information like ages,
genders, relationship between people, and so on. Fake names and location for
privacy concerns are allowed. - 5: Comments must be on topic and dedicated to
helping or understanding OP. - 6: This community is for relationship advice
only. Moral judgements, “AITA?” and other similar questions are better served by
different communities. - 7: We are an inclusive community, any sort of
disrespect towards ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, etc, will not be
tolerated. - †: As a temporary measure and the result of a poll, Reddit reposts
are allowed following an expanded set of rules: https://lemmy.world/post/317115

The Relationship_advice community is got the goal of helping people with their relationships, no matter the kind. Join in to ask for advice or provide your insights to help other users!
Hope this rule gets applied to posts that pretend to be looking for advice but are really just seeking validation. People complain about the advice always being to break up, but IMO this is the bigger issue which keeps me away from all of the advice subreddits.
