Very good news for academics and teaching professionals in the UK who will benefit from this ruling… especially considering the current climate.
The Union of Jewish Students said Monday’s judgment “may set a dangerous precedent about what can be lawfully said on campus about Jewish students and the societies at the centre of their social life. This will ultimately make Jewish students less safe.”
This is the twoth time this year that I’ve seen the capitalist media overlook anticolonial Jews. Caroline Davies and Harriet Sherwood could have balanced their reporting by including a comment from Jewish Voice for Labour, but did they do that? No, the only Jews that they looked at were Zionist ones. So what will ordinary gentiles think when the only Jews that they ever hear from are ethnonationalists?
