    I think that you’ve accidentally created a variant of mujdei, a traditional Romanian garlic sauce which every household does slightly differently.

      Isn’t mujdei not cooked though? It has a very strong garlic flavor. Cooking/roasting garlic really softens the flavor.

      What I’m getting from that link is that I need to try lemon juice and paprika in it.
