Let’s get it right, Democrats are on board, but they aren’t liberals. Of the two parties, they are more left than Republicans, but still conservative, not even moderate. The US has no dominant liberal party at all. Democrats would like you to think they’re liberal but only because it’s a convenient talking point when debating Republicans.
At this point, if you have hardware, Linux is a good choice. New or old. The older it is might change which distro, but still a good choice.
I wish I had a dial in SmartLife for my kettle instead of the slider bar. It’s very hard to pick the right temp, and it always drops the temp by 1F. Want 204F? Better pick 205F.
Also there’s two bars with no explanation. One is set_temp, the other is temp_boiling. Took me a bit to figure out that set_temp is to heat to a specific temp while temp_boiling is to heat to boiling and then cool to the value you set (minus 1F, ofc).
And on top of that, it’s not possible to start heating without at least a minimum 1h of heat time from the app. If you do it from the kettle directly it doesn’t do this at all, but the app defaults to 8h and you can drop it to 1h. For anything other than 212F, I use the app because the dial is bugging out and jumps all over randomly on temp.

Lol yes. I knew what OP meant and assumed they were right and went with it.
The best part about using an RPN calculator (I also had an HP) was that if someone asked if they could borrow it, I could tell them that if they call do 1+1 and get 2 on it, they could use it. No one ever was successful.
RPN is great though, it’s so fast if you could quickly organize the order of operations.

Were you using the enterprise install without a license or team edition install? I’m on team edition and haven’t upgraded to v11 yet.
While I don’t need constant updates, the app is only a little over 2 years old now, has been 1y9m since the last update, and has in-app purchases of up to $100 to support it. Going silent is fine but “always been like that” when this is gap of time for updates is unprecedented? I may come back if I hear it’s been updated, but it’s having problems as a result of updates to the instances I frequent.

Like I said, do what you have to do and take care of your own mental health. I assume that if you were only talking about reposting of this article you’d not have mentioned your whole list of topics.
Yes, please just hide these. We ignoring these issues at large is how we got to where we’re at and it’ll continue getting worse if we just stop talking about it. But you need to do what you can to take of yourself, first and foremost.

Are you me? This is exactly what I needed too because I was on Sync for years now and had no idea development stopped. Started to notice a lot of small issues here and there with it and finally saw there’s been no updates on almost 2 years.
I tried Voyager and I liked the gestures for votes and being able to customize things pretty well. Also trying out Boost right now and I like how familiar it is to me since I used it on Reddit, but now I’m missing the gestures.

What I’m trying to tell you is that yes they can push them out of the way, but literally ramming them should not be done. Which is what I’ve been saying the entire time. A fire engine has the ability to push these cars from idle with zero effort and would be less likely to damage the batteries. Lol this is a “can/should” argument here. Just because they CAN ram the car doesn’t mean they should. Crushing damage to batteries in EVs can be insanely costly. I wasn’t exaggerating by the 10x-30x needed water for extinguishing an EV vs ICE.
Yeah, “push” rather than ram. Lithium fires take 10-30x more water than a conventional fire, something that firefighters are wary of containing.
They’d probably love to, but wouldn’t. Lithium fires could make a bigger problem than slowly going around them.

Yeah agreed. I only like white chocolate in a couple ways, like in a white mocha, but I’m general is pretty gross imo. I have a close friend who I agree with taste in food nearly completely, except when it comes to chocolate. She ONLY likes white chocolate and it baffles me how her taste buds have failed her so completely.
