This is literally just a knowledge question but in the slides is presented as opinion. Bringing up the official designation just seems like an intentional attempt to bias any subsequent answers.

I just view it the same way as any type of injurious manual labor. They are workers who are in part selling their bodily well-being for money, so the goals should be harm reduction, alternative employment, and demand reduction. My personal experience was that the beginning of the Ukraine war was much worse. Zelensky was literally advocating policies that would lead to WW3 and the US media was completely uncritical in relaying Ukraine propaganda at first. Social media detractors were clamped down and fewer in number too. Communist groups were almost the only voices of dissent (the Ireland response was better than most though). Switzerland departed from it’s policy of “neutrality”. While still almost exclusively pro-apartheid the response to Israel has had far more detractors. There are many protests in support of Palestine across Europe and the US. This is just my experience so I may be forgetting things or be in a different media bubble.
I think you are confusing the way a product is sold with how a product is created. Content creators are basically just loosely affiliated subcontractors. And just like with subcontracting you have a range of a single person making videos on the side to dozens of people employed to work on a channel. So being a content creator doesn’t determine your class.
