Anything with a mechanic where every choice matters and will affect the next 50 hours of gameplay, and where it’s possible to choose wrong. That’s a lot of pressure, and I’d rather someone else deal with that.

Also, anything that’s 100 hours of gameplay and 10 hours of story.

Two of them are asking for people to help you make something, and the third is asking where you can get free stuff. Oh, and this post, which is questioning why people don’t like you after only 3 posts.

The main reason I love the manga is that it’s a pair of dumbass teens using acting as an excuse to flirt with each other. This episode is a damn good example of that.

Previously, they have complained about the show not fitting their “Christian values”, due to zombification and trans characters. I only believe they have a problem with one of those two things.

The guy claims he altered the image to change his tie, as if that’s the problem with the image. The guy’s suit is made of leather, there’s a deformity by his right ear, his hair is wood texture, his eyes are different colours, his lips are too small and too bright, his shirt has been blurred smooth… I could go on, but it’s honestly kinda gross to look at that picture for too long.

The line doesn’t seem like a problem. It’s normal to need time to yourself. I think the people with whom this line doesn’t work well are the actual problem.

More or less, this is exactly what I was expecting. Quick-fire scenes with added content to connect them, plus a bit of reshuffling to make the episode flow a little better. Surprised by the scene they chose to open on, but it makes sense. I am happy.

Educate them.

Show them the world outside of their bubble. Let them interact with people different to them, expand their horizons, and enrich their personalities. A trip around the world can be useful, I think.

It’s not guaranteed. Like I said, there are well-educated racists. There are people who don’t even care about their own children, so why would you expect them to like minorities? They will never change. There is NOTHING you can do about them.

But the ones you can do something about? They could do with education.

There are well-educated racists, but there’s MORE uneducated racists. The well-educated racists spread their ideology and weaken their opposition by hurting education, then they get to rule over the other racists by using their education.

This seems like pretty bad advice.

The poster seems to assume that just being near content is the same as engaging in it, even if they don’t know what to look for. They seem to think rumours aren’t hooks. They seem to think that everyone who goes to Waterdeep is equally likely to get involved in political schemes and a treasure hunt.

My suggestion? Tell the players what the hook is. Then, make sure the characters they make fit the hook. If the hook is a mutual friend, make sure they all know the guy. If the hook is a job posting, make sure they’re all looking for work.

Bonus points for having multiple hooks. Either you can move players towards the one that fits best, or you can give them options in which hook to focus on.

Among the many, many reasons you’re obviously wrong, you forget that some people who like British stuff are British themselves, so they just see it as “stuff”. Like me. I’m one of those people. It’s just stuff.
