Yes, but mainly because Valve doesn’t want to deal with Nintendo’s lawyers since it used their libraries.

Fair enough, thanks!
Amazing, I’ll have to look into that.
Wait, you can do that? What comes over? Custom keyword blocks and such? I left my old version installed in hopes I could export/import but thought that might be left out…
Criticism is totally fine and often deserved, I’m just saying using the rail strike (or any past Biden ball-drops) as a measuring stick for this one servers little purpose and detracts from the core issue. He should be held to task for those things when it comes election time, not fielding “but what about XYZ?” statements.
Fair point! Thanks.
What’s specifically so much better about it? We’ve got years of watchlists and customizations to our Plex and it works flawlessly but if there’s a compelling reason beyond “it’s the new hotness” I’m all ears.
Then perhaps they shouldn’t have accepted it and striked as planned? The fact that it wasn’t “enough” for the workers isn’t on the POTUS and doesn’t negate his actions.
Something about that contoured window with the old school red LEDs behind it really resonates with me.
Exactly what I did!
Their story may be embellished but the problem was legitimate at one point.
Used it last week on a trip to the PNW, still works. I didn’t know the area code locally but asked the checkout guy, popped in Jenny’s number as the rest and boom.
Just tried it, looks and feels like I remember. Hoping OLED theme is in the works as I do miss the solid black background.
You joke but way back in the day those 3D pipes caused a little IT chaos…
Oh man, we’re so close. I’ve missed Boost terribly.
Oddly enough, one of the old BB forums from just after the Something Awful days is one of the few places I went back to when Reddit started dying. Sure enough, thousands of folks had never left and the “bump a post” system is still working beautifully on ancient forum software with a few new additions (embedded media handling, etc).
Kudos to those folks who never left, they had the right idea and I was so glad to be accepted back into the fold.
It was a huge immersion breaker for anyone not going stealth/low profile (as the author admits he does). In fact, it was the reason I haven’t played until now. I guess I’m a patient gamer and it irked me what was missing from launch. I’d built my 2070 machine for this game years ago and now I’m stoked to have a 3080 to break it in with.
Damn, that’s some serious click-baiting. Appreciate the breakdown.
It happens to us all eventually, the longer we interact online. The reality is, it’s necessary to counter misinformation for society as a whole going forward and while I try to jump in where possible, I’ve definitely stayed out of more and more controversial discussions. That’s said, I respect and appreciate the next generation taking up the torch. We need you.
Appreciate the edits
