Working out. Hiking, dirt bikes, cooking, book club, etc. Bottom line is go do something, even if you end up hating it it’s at least a new experience.

The lowest hanging fruit as far as hobbies go would possibly be board games/RPGs. Libraries and game shops where I live will often host game nights. Those events are usually new player friendly.
