Any recommendation for specific models to look out for?

Dito, bought two one as backup for the other and its great.

Running ADGuard at home and being able to only use Linux privately

Screen Keyboard and clicked on the buttons with the mouse

I go with bi because I prefer the flag and more people know that

I am using e/os on a fairphone so Settings > System > Backup > Choose Seedvault as Backup provider. Done.

At least that works for me

Bazzite and nobara are the two I think. I am using Bazzite and am quite happy. Good luck
