A lot of factories, particularly in Florida, are open air because they don’t want to pay for air conditioning, which just makes the situation worse.

Of course that’s not the only issue with factory work. Between “mandatory overtime” that doesn’t get announced until minutes before the end of your 15 hour shift and getting written up even with a doctor’s note… Or even paying for medical insurance and simply not being able to use it… Very few people want to work in a factory setting. The ones that do have to just to survive.

It’s modern day slavery, they just don’t beat you anymore.

I can’t speak for all, but every factory I’ve ever worked in has had a mold issue. They’re not the cleanest places to work. Sounds like this is just par for the course. Hopefully it can be remedied.

They shouldn’t be allowed to hold office considering they are commanded in their Bible to go against “earthly” things. A slave cannot serve two masters and they will (and have) sold this Country to benefit themselves.

If Trump wins in November, we need to get used to the idea of a theocracy in our lifetimes.

Nevermind the pesky details of a goddamn thing Jesus allegedly said about murder or treating the foreigner well. And let’s not mince words here; the only source that says the Hebrews were from that part of the world is the Torah/Old Testament. They murdered the inhabitants once, they’ll do it again. But this time they have funding from Western countries that have grown adults pretending that fairy tales are real. The present day nation of Israel was created in 1948 by people who didn’t have the right to give someone else’s country away, but that’s what was done, and now Israel are the Nazis millions of good men died to protect them from.

“Detention camp” where they plan on “concentrating” a single group of people… Now where have I seen that before?

Florida actively allows churches to operate out of elementary schools. These people need mental help.

I’d like to see a law that says your States’ education rates (public and government officials) have to be a certain level before you’re allowed to dictate the medical or reproductive rights of others.

And when the South is no longer dragging the rest of the Country down, we can make laws that benefit everyone, not just mega churches and meth heads. Wouldn’t that be great?

And the other part of that fucked up story is that the “moral” (and I use that word very loosely) is supposed to be about being kind to strangers in your Country.

There are churches in Florida using elementary schools as their main location on Sundays. I called the FFRF and was told that there’s nothing they can do to stop it.

How many of those Christians are leaving Bible tracts out where kids can find them? Why is my tax money paying for a church to use public schools?

The Bible says that grasshoppers have 4 legs, rabbits chew the cud, and that bats are birds, as well.

You’d think the “infallible word” of “god” would know that none of those things are true.

I just want to point out that of the 400 kids they asked, only 141 of them agreed with the “Jesus as the only way to 'salvation” question. The other 259 of them were right.

How is that anything but being heavily mentally ill? They’re saying out loud that they want people dead and nobody is making a big fucking deal out of it. If ANYBODY said that shit about them, shit would hit the fan. But instead they’re allowed, in spite of laws and logic, to continue goose stepping all over anyone in their way.

You’ve got Christian preachers talking, yet again, about"The end is nigh" and calling Trump the second coming of Jesus… If you think that people won’t do some heinous shit because they totally believe that, then I just don’t know what to tell you.

Christians are not victims here. They are all, and let me be fully clear here, all terrorists who will tell you to your face that they have authority to take over the entire world, by force if necessary.

It’s absolutely a mental illness. The entire religion is full of sociopaths that want nothing more than themselves to be in control and everyone else who isn’t on board to be killed.

Why in the actual fuck do we as a society continue to give them cart blanche to attack anyone who doesn’t share their mental illness? Why are they a protected group? Why do they get tax free status?
