If my experience on lemmy is worth anything, pretty much any community where the majority of posts are in picture formats, and where the content is accessible/understable to most, usually grows pretty quick.

Also if I had the energy to make and run a community I think one I’d love on lemmy is probably c/fivethirtyeight or c/guerrillagardening so I’d probably prioritise one of those.

That’s probably a good explanation. Pretty much everyone of these podcasting guru type people start of centrist or leftcenter then once they start to mix with the big leagues and make lots of money, all of the sudden they become right wing figures.

Just because I suppport the Palestinian people and their liberation does not mean I support Hamas. What’s illegal though is to publicly support one of these organisations.
