I have some Ruffwear boots that I pair with socks for my dog. I got them six years ago, so I’m not sure how the quality holds up now but I still use the boots every year in Montana. I will say I found their sizing guide to be true to size!
I think that you should talk to your doctor about your concerns. My doctor prescribed a UVB light that I use for a short period every day and it seems to be helping quite a lot with my muscle pain and vitamin D levels
The other reason for the surgery was actually to look for reasons I’m in pain, like adhesions or other evidence of endometriosis. I have nexplanon and haven’t had a period in several years, yet still have cyclical intense pain
