Extra mature cheddar, pink lady apple, rocket, and homemade onion chutney on some also homemade bread. Insides of the bread toasted just a little to give it a bit more structure.

Oh very nice! My only thought when looking at that meme was “I think I’d like to slice the cheese and the onion and like layer it, at least” but this looks so much muck nicer than what my brain came up with for a better version!
