I’d be concerned about copyright issues with a big company like PepsiCo. I don’t think this falls under fair-use because the brand logo is not being parodied and it is explicitly being used as-is. You’d be safer to use just a similar-looking lightning on the bottle without the word “Gatorade” on it. I don’t think you have to worry about the name in the text, though.
