Have you not gotten your 5G brain reception yet? If not, you should talk to Bill Gates about that. It’s nifty for being reminded about the satisfying flavor of a Burger King chicken sandwich, right inside your mind.
Should they have removed them?
If we take the picture at its word it’s not unreasonable they got a cup (or whatever) of water and took it over to the “pills”. When they took a second picture because they didn’t know what was going on (as is often the case with humans encountering an unexpected result) they still would have been in the background.
What about them being in the shot is unrealistic?
Are we expected to believe the parents aren’t the ones that would know what those are anyway? Those have been around forever lol
