      I’ve dealt with TD, BMO, and Scotiabank. Scotiabank had by far the most incompetent staff. The number of times they either forgot to mention crucial details or forgot to do a something important is completely unacceptable for a financial institution.

      Scotiabank is the only one that spammed me with insurance sales calls ten years ago and wouldn’t let me take myself off the list because having a bank account was a pre-existing business relationship. I had to close my bank account to get the spam calls to stop
