FYI, this appears to have been a satire bit.
The satire was the Enron relaunch. The pie in the face of the CEO was genuine.
Probably a social media stunt for traffic, honestly. Literally no one else was there.
That’s what I’m thinking. Either that, or the pie thrower was someone who was affected by original Enron’s bullshit way back when and wanted some kind of satisfaction.
I do wish it was that juicy. That fuckin 20 years in the making petty revenge. I’d check out early and happily if I got one of those opportunities.
