    I think they’re ‘trending’ because they just got created.

    Mildly annoying, because most of them don’t even have a description to say what they’re for.

      I thought it was something like that, thanks for confirming my suspicions. That is a little annoying though, especially since Lemmy is new and I really did want the trending communities
