This is the year of the worker and I’m loving it!

As a card carrying union member who has a trip to Vegas booked in just a couple of weeks, I hope they get everything they asked for and more. Solidarity!

Voting to authorize a strike =/= striking.

Voting to authorize a strike happens with nearly every union contract negotiation. It just means “If we cannot reach an agreement by x date, we have the option to strike.”.

It is very likely that the union will reach a deal before then.
