I’ve been drafting a bill to submit to my state legislature, and my emphasis has been on non-market housing and housing cooperatives. Basically housing cooperatives are collectively owned apartments, where all the tenants are the collective owners and elect a governing body. There is no profit on residency dues either, making it cheaper
