Unsurprisingly, tools for the migration of basic stuff like subscriptions and block lists have already been developed by the community.

(haven’t tried using it myself yet, but it’s probably much quicker than manual if you have a lot of subscriptions to migrate)
A subscription import/export function would be much easier to implement but I don’t think that’s what users want when they say they want instance migration functionality.
It’s probably more subscriptions that people care about, particularly since they are spread out and not always easy to remember.
