Click the Show more applications option
Click Settings
Search for Appearances
Select the Dock option
Select Position on screen from the drop-down menu
Select Bottom
You can also right click on any free space on the taskbar, click and hold on Drag to move, and pull the taskbar to the top.
Where would I find that setting?
