This obviously caused a lot of backlash. IMO the biggest issue was the way they talked about it and tried to get the point across. Personally I don’t have any doubt that they’d try to make things right regardless considering they’ve been very good about doing so in the past.

The biggest issue was that he was an enormous cunt about legitimate criticism.
Criticism that he would be screaming from the rooftops himself, if it was anyone but his company doing it.
But because he thinks hes gods gift to tech and the internet, its okay when he does it and how dare the peasantry question him.
Honestly don’t understand how anyone can tolerate watching such an arrogant blowhard whose entire schtick is being an asshole.
I’m not sure we saw the same responses to the criticisms.
