A few months ago there were a bunch of companies changing their terms and conditions for force you to wave your right to sue, instead, agreeing to forced arbitration. Roku wouldn’t let you use their product unless you agreed to the terms. Discord tried it too, but allowed users to email them and say “No thanks” and not lose the right to sue.

It’s insane to me that this bullshit is even remotely allowed. Now we have an example of the type of terrible thing companies wanted to use forced arbitration for. The woman was absolutely assured that the food she had ordered didn’t have any of the allergens she told them she can’t have. She ate the food after being completely assured it was safe, then had a horrible allergic reaction, dosed her self with her Epipen, then went to the hospital and died.

Disney is a blight upon humanity for so many reasons, but to tell this women’s husband that he agreed to the terms and conditions of Disney+ years ago means he has no right to sue for wrongful death is absolutely disgusting.

    Fuck Disney, sincerely.
