That is a gorgeous machine and I am now seriously considering adding this to my wishlist. Thank you for the tip!
I would love something like the surface book done in the framework laptop type of way. Have additional graphics be in keyboard but onboard on the screen along with memory, cpu, and main drive then all additionals in the keyboard area.
Sorry, I still like my Thinkpad
you tell em man. you really stuck it to OP about how you enjoy using your laptop
Absolutely wild! My close to a decade old thinkpad is now our htpc. Still plenty fast too!
Hmmm interesting…
I’ve been using a Surface with Linux installed for about a year now, works pretty great with the custom Surface Linux kernel but there’s a few annoying problems with ghost touch that I’ve never been able to solve. I don’t replace devices until the one I have is absolutely in the pits so I hope this is still around as an option when that happens.
I’m about to try installing linux on a surface (pro 5 if it matters), any tips before i get started?
I followed this guide and it worked well. Good luck.
