Why didn’t they get arrested? They were doing illegal nazi salutes. The double standard for these fucks is absurd.

This is the best summary I could come up with:

Police are investigating a rally held on Eureka Day in Ballarat where a group of about 30 people wearing black marched through the city shouting white supremacist slogans.

Videos and photos on social media pages show the group covering their faces while shouting and holding signs.

Head of Trades Hall Brett Edgington, speaking to ABC Ballarat Breakfast presenter Steve Martin on Monday morning, called the demonstration “disgusting and disturbing”.

“This group, whether they have targeted Ballarat because of Spilt Milk [festival held over the weekend] or the 169th anniversary of Eureka … I doubt these people live in our community,” he said.

A police spokesperson said that while there were “no major issues during the demonstration”, such incidents could leave communities feeling “targeted, threatened and vulnerable”.

Ballarat locals have expressed outrage and disgust over the social media images and footage, which police say they will review along with CCTV vision in their investigation.
